Our semi-automated engine block leak tester eliminates the need for visual “soap bubble” inspection of engine block castings by using computerized pressure decay analysis. This system is more accurate than the visual system and besides giving a PASS/FAIL flag to the operator it can also flag parts that are salvageable (parts that can be sent out for impregnation).
In addition to increased accuracy, this system can yield a 10 fold increase in output.
